As I’m writing this, my wife and I are about to celebrate 14 years of marriage together, and we’re raising three amazing kids along the way.

The older I get, the more I believe weddings were never meant to be about perfection. They’re about promises, people, and the beginning of a real life together.

That belief is at the heart of my approach and the reason behind my slogan:
No Rules, Only Vows.

Because somewhere along the way, the wedding industry started chasing perfection so hard that it forgot about honesty.

Paragraph

I’m an 80’s kid. Yes, the actual 1980’s.

And back then, in my highly qualified preadolescent opinion, wedding photographers were liars.

Because the weddings I grew up going to were genuinely fun. I loved them. The laughter, the dancing, the chaos, the emotion, people celebrating with the ones they loved most.

But the photos?
That’s not what I remembered.

The joy I experienced rarely existed in the photographs, and that always stuck with me. I couldn’t understand why the images usually felt so far removed from the real emotions, real people, and real memories of the day.

Wedding Photography wasn’t always cool.

If the idea of No Rules, Only Vows resonates with you, but you still want beautiful family portraits and a little guidance throughout the day, you're exactly the kind of couple I love working with.

My goal isn't to eliminate structure, it's to make sure it serves your experience, not the other way around. We'll capture the important family photos, keep things organized, and create space for what matters most.
